He provides master planning for your property, full design and construction documentation, working with contractors and overseeing the construction project. He can assist you with every detail including the design and selection of cabinetry, hardware, lighting and all finish materials. He will always try to exceed your expectations.

Gary Rosard is a strong proponent of sustainable, or "green" design. He believes it is important to embrace environmental concerns in the construction of both new and renovated buildings. He is the chairperson of the Residential Green Building Committee of the NJ chapter of USGBC (U.S Green Building Council) and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional. Gary is also an active member of the "Sustainable Millburn Task Force".
